Holly was born and raised in Central Kentucky. She studied Social and Behavioral Science at WKU. Previously, Holly was a Deputy Clerk with the Scott County Circuit Clerk’s Office. After leaving the clerk’s office Holly started working at Larmour Law Office in July 2023.
