Now through May 24th
Staff will continue to be available by phone and email, during this time clients and prospective clients have the option to set up phone appointments and phone consultations.
Starting the week of May 26th
Staff will return at a reduced capacity to allow for social distancing to be followed, Staff will stay in separate work spaces and communicate via phone as well as observe social distancing when moving within the office.
Those making offices appointments will be asked the following questions:
- Have you have a fever of 100 degrees or greater in the last 14 days?
- Have you shown any cold or flu like symptoms in the last 14 days?
- Have you been, or any member of your household been in contact with anyone or anyone believed to have had Covid-19 in the last 14 days?
** YES to any question would warrant the offering of phone appointment instead.
Clients arriving will be asked to call into the office to notify of arrival, confirm whether there are any changes to their answers to the questions above.
Pens used by clients will be taken with them at the end of appointments.
We have procured Hand Sanitizer for client and staff use
Staff will be wearing masks and ask that Clients who come into the office wear masks as well
We are working to procure masks for purchase from local sources. All of the proceeds from the sale of the masks will be given to the local producers to allow them to make more masks
