Entry Requirements
Please do not enter without first calling into our office at 859-813-5614. This policy limits occupancy to enable proper social distancing measures.
Mask Requirement
In an effort to protect our staff and clients, please wear a mask covering your mouth and nose prior to entering the building.
Health Screening
Do not enter if you have experienced flu-like symptoms or a fever within the last 14 days. We offer telephone and video consultation alternatives for those unable to visit our office in person.
